Beginning intern year, the curriculum emphasizes early hands-on orthopedic experience with a variety of opportunities in and out of the operating room. The program offers a thorough and robust training experience with focus on resident operative experience and autonomy, in addition to the development of knowledge in orthopedic literature to provide optimal patient care across all orthopedic sub-specialities.
